This is a roundtable especially for secretaries, administrators and clerks. It is designed to improve all business communication at the office. For example, “small talk”, phoning, lettering emails and memos, taking care of visitors, diary dates, hotel and travel reservations and preparations. Language is consolidated and knowledge is deepened, especially concerning the differences between official and unofficial English, through examination and frequent English practice. Each applicant will receive a secretary’s manual to assist them in their daily work and use of English at the office.
